METHODOLOGY

The four thematic areas of E+V will be developed over a period of two years.

Year 1

1. Learn, Understand and Improve

The work will be carried out between the 1st and the 4th month of the project’s timeline.

Organizational dynamics and tools used:

  • Meetings with the CEB, the management teams of the involved schools, and the educational community.
  • Validation forms and surveys.
  • Analysis of documentation and evidence provided from projects and references.

2. Share, Co-Create and Research

The research work will start in the 2nd month of the project and will continue until the 9th month.

Organizational dynamics and tools used:

  • Meetings with the CEB, the management teams of the involved schools, and the educational community.
  • Validation forms and surveys.
  • Online tracking tools shared through web repositories to work collaboratively on document drafting.

For each workshop, materials will be prepared including:

  • Awareness video.
  • Participatory dynamics adapted for children and members of the educational community.
  • Specific materials for students.
  • Collection of conclusions and recommendations.

Year 2

3. Test and Validate

Improvements are expected to occur between the 1st and the 4th month of the 2nd year.
