1. Learn, Understand and Improve

This involves learning from the experiences already carried out by the team developing E+V with the support of the CEB in public schools in the city, analyzing in detail the successes and failures to extrapolate them successfully. Other research work, specific projects, or actions considered as best practices will also be analyzed to validate their relevance and usefulness as references. These activities will allow for a diagnosis of deficiencies and opportunities:
This theme will involve the following tasks:

• Task 1.1 Learn from own experiences: Pilot tests conducted, actions implemented by the CEB complementary to the pilot tests.
• Task 1.2 Analysis of references and best practices: Research projects, reference actions.
• Task 1.3 Diagnosis of deficiencies and opportunities.
